AI / ML Engineer

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
• Proven experience (typically 6+ years) working as a machine learning engineer, data scientist, or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience using machine learning libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation/validation techniques.
• Experience with distributed computing platforms (e.g., Apache Spark) and cloud-based machine learning services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform) is a plus.
• Familiarity with software development best practices, version control systems (e.g., Git), and DevOps concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
