What is the job?

  • Clean bakery equipment, roof, fans, ceilings, walls, and floors using specific procedures as directed
  • Keep accurate records of cleaning performed and Keep Area Leader/Supervisor informed of any unsanitary practices that may be occurring in the plant.
  • Follow sanitation procedures during changeovers.
  • Perform duties assigned from the Master Cleaning Schedule
  • Create a continuous improvement environment by improving products, service, and processes with the objective to reduce waste within the area while striving for efficiency and profitability.
    What do you bring to the job?
  • Ability to lift upwards of 50lbs
  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Previous sanitation experience would be an asset
  • Attention to detail and adherence to defined work methods
