Gérant de territoire, Contrôle des Infections

Le Gérant de territoire du contrôle des infections (Alberta et Colombie-Britannique) sera responsable des ventes et de l'assistance des produits de contrôle des infections de Getinge (laveurs, stérilisateurs, TDoc) pour les clients existants et potentiels dans le territoire assigné. Les opportunités commerciales pour ce poste comprendront un équilibre entre les activités de remplacement, de rénovation et de nouvelle construction. Les objectifs clés de ce poste seront d'augmenter la part de marché de Getinge, de développer et d'encourager des relations solides avec les clients, de renforcer la fidélité à la marque ainsi que la satisfaction des clients. Le candidat doit être capable de planifier, prioriser, surveiller et suivre tous les événements du cycle de vente.

Le poste

Ce poste est responsable de:

  • Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente tout en maintenant les dépenses dans les limites fixées.
  • Créer des plans de vente stratégiques pour toutes les opportunités clients.
  • Surveiller et mettre à jour les prévisions de ventes individuelles sur une base hebdomadaire en veillant à l'exactitude et à l'exhaustivité des données.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe des contrats et des appels d'offres (Contracts and Tenders) sur les réponses aux appels d'offres (RFP) et les contrats de normalisation provinciaux.
  • Fournir des informations sur le Retour sur Investissement (RSI) et/ou des études de cas pour justifier l'achat des produits de contrôle des infections de Getinge.
  • Gérer les prévisions, le suivi, la clôture et l'assistance après-vente de toutes les affaires du territoire.
  • Dans la mesure du possible, promouvoir toutes les offres de produits Getinge, y compris toutes les gammes d'équipements, les programmes de formation et les contrats de service.
  • Commercialiser et vendre des équipements à la base installée comme mises à niveau ou remplacements.
  • Promouvoir les équipements auprès de nouveaux clients pour remplacer les équipements installés de la concurrence.
  • Assurer le suivi, la planification des ventes et la gestion du territoire.
  • Identifier les ressources nécessaires pour positionner Getinge de manière efficace au cours du processus de vente et d'assistance.
  • Suivre, rapporter et analyser les opportunités de vente avec le directeur des ventes régulièrement.
  • Gérer la réalisation des événements de démonstration de produits et aider dans l'installation et l'assistance après-vente.
  • Surveiller et signaler les problèmes des clients au directeur des ventes et/ou à l'employé responsable de Getinge.
  • Gérer le temps et les ressources au sein du territoire assigné en lien avec les plans à court terme afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs du territoire.
  • Capable d'élaborer des plans de vente stratégiques pour toutes les opportunités de vente requises, ainsi que planifier, prioriser, surveiller et suivre tous les événements du cycle de vente.
  • Capable de renforcer le travail d'équipe au sein de la région et de maintenir une relation collaborative avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Assurer le respect des réglementations gouvernementales tout en maintenant l'honnêteté, l'intégrité et une excellente éthique de travail.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins ou les attributions.

Ce poste sera situé au Québec.

Le candidat idéal

Nous recherchons l'expérience, les connaissances et les capacités suivantes:

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente en ventes de dispositifs médicaux et/ou biens d'équipement.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente de dispositifs médicaux/biens d'équipement capitaux, incluant une expérience de vente directe auprès de médecins et d'hôpitaux ; ou minimum de 4 ans d'expérience clinique applicable avec des aptitudes en vente.
  • Antécédents démontrés de succès ou d'accomplissements dans des postes de vente.
  • Compréhension solide du domaine fonctionnel spécifié, ainsi que de l'application des concepts, procédures et pratiques commerciales.
  • Capable de prioriser et de gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement matriciel très exigeant, et de fonctionner efficacement dans une approche de vente en équipe.
  • Capable de comprendre le domaine fonctionnel spécifié et l'application des concepts, procédures et pratiques commerciales.
  • Gérer les opérations dans le cadre d'un budget établi.

  • Établir et cultiver un vaste réseau de soutien pour faciliter l'accomplissement des missions.
  • Capacité à influencer les gestionnaires intermédiaires et les clients externes sur des solutions techniques ainsi que de nouvelles solutions commerciales.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'écoute, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation ; autonome et motivé pour atteindre les objectifs assignés.
  • Compétences intermédiaires en Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint et Outlook, ainsi qu'une connaissance des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM).

Territory Manager, Infection Control

The Infection Control Territory Manager (Alberta and British Columbia) will be responsible for the sales and support of Getinge Infection Control Products (washers, sterilizers, TDoc) for both existing and potential customers in the assigned territory. Business opportunities for this position will include a balance of replacement, renovation and new construction business. Key objectives of this role will be, to increase Getinge market share, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, and build brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. They must be able to plan, prioritize, monitor and track all sales cycle events.

The Position

This role is responsible for:

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining expenses within assigned expense limits.
  • Create strategic selling business plans for all customer opportunities.
  • Monitoring and updating individual forecasted sales data on weekly basis with focus on accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Work collaboratively with Contracts and Tenders Team on RFP responses and provincial standardization contracts.
  • Provide Return on Investment (ROI) and/or business case information to justify purchasing Getinge Infection Control products.
  • Handle forecasting, monitoring, closing and post-sales support of all territory business.
  • Where possible, promote all Getinge product offerings, including all equipment lines, training programs and service contracts.
  • Marketing and selling equipment to installed base as upgrades or replacement.
  • Marketing equipment to new customer to replace competitions installed base.
  • Lead follow-up, sales planning and territory management.
  • Identify required resources to effectively position Getinge during the sales and support process.
  • Track, report and analyze sales opportunities with the Sales Director on a routine basis.
  • Handle completion of product demonstration events and assist in installation and post-sales support.
  • Monitoring and report customer issues with the Sales Director and/or responsible Getinge employee.
  • Manage time and resources within the assigned territory in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure the territory's objectives are achieved.
  • Able to develop strategic sales plans for all required sales opportunities, as well as ability to plan, prioritize, monitor and track all sales cycle events.
  • Able to enhance teamwork within the region and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and maintaining honesty, integrity and excellent work ethics.
  • Performs other related duties as required or assigned.

This role will be located in Quebec.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for the following experience, knowledge and abilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent-sales experience in medical devices and/or capital equipment.
  • Minimum of 3 years medical device/capital sales experience which includes direct selling experience to physicians and hospitals; or minimum 4 years applicable clinical experience with sales aptitude.
  • Demonstrated record of success or achievement in sales positions.
  • Solid understanding of specified functional area, and application of business concepts, procedures and practices.
  • Able to prioritize and multi-task in a highly demanding matrix environment, and ability to function well in a team selling approach.

  • Carry out operations within an established budget.
  • Must have sound knowledge of a variety of alternatives and their impact on the business, and be able to exercise judgment in selecting innovative and practical methods to achieve problem resolution in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and cultivate an extensive network of support to facilitate completion of assignments.
  • Ability to influence middle management and external customers on technical as well as new business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, listening, interpersonal and organizational skills; self- motivated and directed to achieve assigned goals.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Management Tools (CRM) tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and passport.
