Customer Portfolio Manager

Transform the customer experience by building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. As an Account Manager, you will be the essential link between our customers and our innovative solutions, looking after your own customer portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships: Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Analyze needs: Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Related administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally in B2B in the manufacturing or industrial world.
- COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent listening skills, ability to articulate clear solutions and impeccable handwriting.
- BILINGUALISM: Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
