We are seeking a Canola Seed Production Summer Associate to work with growers in the production of InVigor canola for market, providing agronomic advice and maintaining relationships with growers. Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Canola Seed Production Summer Associate. As a key member of our team, you will work with growers in the production of InVigor canola for market, providing agronomic advice and maintaining relationships with growers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with growers within assigned regions to produce InVigor canola for market.
  • Be involved in all aspects of seed production from seeding to harvest, including monitoring crop health, scouting for weeds, diseases, and insects, and maintaining relationships with growers.
  • Provide agronomic advice to growers in relation to certified seed production under the guidance of the Production Agronomist.
Requirements
  • Agronomic knowledge attained through pursuing a degree in Agriculture or through experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Attention to detail in delivering results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
