Registered Nurse needed for Emergency unit in Canada with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring nursing facility policies and standards are followed, completing medical records, and monitoring patient health status.

Qualifications include current licensure, active BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, and knowledge of Emergency department procedures.

Job Type: Fixed term contract, Contract length: 3 months, Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour, Expected hours: No less than 36 per week.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Minimum 6 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Pay Rate as per industry standards

  • Shifts: 8hrs/12hrs, Can be day and night, weekend as per requirement
  • License Transfer Fee Reimbursement Covered

**Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure nursing facility policies and standards are followed
  • Complete medical records by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care
  • Provide information regarding the status of patients to physicians or other care providers

**Qualifications:**

  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure
  • Active BLS/CPR Certification
  • Active ACLS Certification
  • Knowledge of Emergency department required
  • Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not there)
