Job Title: Registered Nurse, Emergency Department

This is a project-based position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. The RN will work in the Emergency unit with a full scope of practice. We require a minimum of 6 months' experience and pay rates are in line with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
  • Communicate with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
  • Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse with current licensure.
  • Active BLS/CPR Certification.
  • Active ACLS Certification.
  • Knowledge of Emergency department required.
  • Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB (Or Chest X-Ray if two-step TB is not there).
Contract Details:
  • Job Type: Fixed term contract.
  • Contract length: 3 months.
  • Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: No less than 36 per week.

Masset, BC: Reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package.
