We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Northern Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of a patient-centered care environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and maintain a patient-centered care environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Advanced preparation in an ED clinical specialty or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current BLS certification within three years
- Comprehensive benefit packages, including extended health/dental and a municipal pension plan
- Four weeks vacation with one year of continuous service
