About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide senior administrative support to the Senior Executive Director, Housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating schedules and calendars, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior executive administrative services, including coordinating schedules and calendars, and arranging meetings and events.
  • Manage and coordinate travel and accommodations as required.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Ensure constant innovation and administrative process improvements.
  • Manage numerous operational processes, such as bring forward and workflow monitoring systems and correspondence processing.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a one-year business course and several years of senior office administration/secretarial experience. They will be a self-motivated individual who works well independently and participates fully in a team environment. Excellent grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills are essential, as well as exceptional ability to manage competing priorities.
