Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Ambulatory Care team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan care for patients with complex psychiatric needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in acute care psychiatric nursing
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate of Nursing or BSc of Psychiatric Nursing
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM)
