We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Special Finance to join our team at OpenRoad. As a key member of our F&I and Leasing department, you will be responsible for leading a team of Credit Specialists and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and financial expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Credit Specialists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their financial knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with Financial Services Managers and Sales Managers across the OpenRoad Group to achieve business objectives
- Work directly with guests to determine their financial and credit history, and provide personalized financial solutions
- Develop strong relationships with guests to build trust and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working with Prime and Non-Prime Auto Lenders
- Thorough understanding of credit, including credit bureaus and debt servicing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization and guests alike
- Be or able to become VSA & OMVIC licensed
- A valid BC Driver's License with a good driving record
