About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Bath & Body Works in Toronto Premium Outlets. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering sales plan through effective execution of store and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership Tasks: Act as manager on duty, address customer service, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
  • Selling and Customer Experience: Lead and model selling and customer experience standards.
  • Product Knowledge: Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
  • Team Management: Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
  • Customer Engagement: Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and gathering customer information.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform opening and closing routines, including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation of company directives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Maintain policies and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
Qualifications
  • Existing Sales Associate: Preferably an existing sales associate aspiring to a management role.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Selling and Operational Results: Demonstrated selling and operational results.
  • Availability: Available for varied weekly shifts, including weekend, closing, and peak shifts.
  • Coaching: Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
