Operations Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide leadership and support to our workforce accommodations projects at Horizon North. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functions of our operations align with our company's strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operations leadership and support to our workforce accommodations projects
- Organize and manage a multi-disciplinary team of staff, including culinary, cleaning, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure the effective management of logistics, including budgeting and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing workforce accommodations, food service, and logistics in an offshore oil drilling platform setting
- Strong financial and contract management skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Clear criminal record check
