Contract Management Services (CMS), Field Services - Operations manages the quality and timeliness of service provided by our vendors through innovation, simplification, and continuous improvements in procedures while focusing on delivery of all services in a cost efficient manner. Contract Management Services is also responsible for measuring, monitoring, and supporting all Contractors and Vendor Managers.

CMS – Locate Audit Team – In an effort to ensure quality billing, the Locate Audit team conducts quality and cost audits and analysis on locate documentation and billing performed by CMS Locate Service Providers (LSPs). Team is also responsible to enforce vendor compliance to Ontario Legislations regarding locate performance.

Job Duties / Accountabilities
  • Liaison between OntarioOneCall Compliance requests and Bell's Locate Service Providers
  • Evaluate end to end quality of work performed by LSPs using knowledge of all products and services and identify deviation within specific locate segmentation rules, timelines, and current pricing cost model
  • Analyze locate tickets to provide top issues and recommendations which will provide greatest impact on improving overall results:
    • Interpretation of segmentation rules on locate ticket
    • Ensure segmentation aligns to pricing structures
  • Working with in-house applications on end to end quality audit process
    • CMS application
    • Google maps
    • Multi-viewer
    • Intranet
    • Locate requests thru Ontario One Call database
  • Interact with Damage Prevention managers to resolve conflicts between Bell and LSPs
  • Act as prime between CMS Support team and LSPs to resolve billing, system, application issues
  • Design and produce reports related to team accountabilities, results
  • Analysis of locate tickets to formulate hypothesis, stimulate solutions
  • Time administration
Essential Qualifications
  • Understanding of locating Bell underground infrastructure
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines skills, influential
  • MS Office with intermediate level (or greater) Excel and basic level PowerPoint
  • Team oriented, assertive communication
