Self Checkout Attendant

Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the self-service area is neat, clean, and organized, free of debris and foreign objects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on the correct use of self-service options and promoting company sponsor programs.
- Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, explaining the reasons for any interventions or quality checks.
- Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
- Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues in the self-service area.
- Return Scan & Go scanners to their home after use.
