Customer Service Associate Job Description

This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a stocked and zoned salesfloor, and assisting customers with their shopping needs in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner
    • Assist customers with product information and purchase decisions
    • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management
  • Review and manage workload
    • Review workload for the Grocery area of the store
    • Work with team members to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
  • Merchandise and stock management
    • Work merchandise, cap bins, and stock picks to support customer availability
    • Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise
  • Modular and visual merchandising
    • Print, set, and finalize modulars, set features, and merchandising areas
    • Complete section work, including modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
  • Recovery and zoning
    • Work recovery merchandise from the customer service desk
    • Complete zoning tasks in assigned areas
  • Safety and maintenance
    • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment
    • Complete safety sweep logs and ensure displays and fixtures are secure
  • Team support
    • Assist and support other task teams as needed
    • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer expectations
Compensation:

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.55, with rate of pay determined based on relevant experience.
