Bilingual Contract Specialist 12 Month Internship

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Contract Specialist (12 Month Internship) to join our global team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders the negotiations and implementation of agreements, as well as the request for proposal (RFX) process and quote processing.

Key Responsibilities- Producing quotations and proposals in French and English
- Processing PO handover
- Coordinating the entire RFx and contract lifecycle process from initial intake to final submission and contract award
- Reviewing customer proposed terms and conditions, risk identification and acting as a liaison between internal and external clients
- Maintaining contractual documentation and managing changes in the contract database
- Working and collaborating with cross-functional teams, sales, marketing, finance and legal
- Ensuring policies and procedures and signature guidelines on agreements are adhered to
- Participating and implementing process and system improvement initiatives
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
- Fluent French and English oral and written
- Contract management experience is an asset
- University or college degree with relevant experience
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry is an asset
- RFx project management experience is an asset
- Strong drafting, analysis and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (French/English)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of SharePoint
