We are seeking a highly skilled Condominium Portfolio Manager to join our team at Associa in the West GTA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, prioritizing tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct business and projects generated by the portfolio, managing emergencies, contracts, and contractors as needed.
  • Administer financial matters, including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing invoices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and board members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, including the Condominium Act, financial and budgetary management, insurance, and property inspection.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in condominium management, with a focus on portfolio management.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act, financial and budgetary management, and property inspection.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, bylaws, statutes, and regulations.
  • Condominium Management General or Limited License.
