Electroneurophysiology Technologist II
Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NL Health Services) is a provincial health authority that brings together five former separate health entities to deliver health and community services to over 510,550 people living in Newfoundland and Labrador.
About the Role
- Deliver high-quality services in the field of Electroneurophysiology
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care
- Develop and maintain expertise in Electroneurophysiology procedures and techniques
Education and Training
- Applicants must meet the school admission requirements for the Electroneurophysiology program at BCIT
- Entrance requirements and fees are outlined on BCIT's website
Financial Support
- A $10,000 bursary will be available to help offset costs associated with the EEG program
- A return-in-service agreement will be required, with the length depending on the total amount of funding provided
- Financial support will be assessed based on a combination of screening criteria, including work performance, attendance, academic grades, and interview(s)
Requirements
- Successful completion of the certification exam
- Start working in the role
- Satisfactory Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP or local Police (Vulnerable Sector Check may be required)
- Educational documents, registration/licensure if applicable, and Social Insurance Number
