Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at RBC. As a key member of our Intelligent Operations program, you will be responsible for executing technical planning and successful implementation of complex enterprise-wide initiatives. Your expertise in Observability platforms, particularly Dynatrace, will be instrumental in improving end-to-end monitoring and ensuring reliability across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to understand information needs and develop solutions to improve monitoring and reporting
  • Lead a team of engineers and operators to extend Dynatrace Platform offerings
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain reports and reporting tools for service centers and enterprise partners
  • Work with technology organizations and business partners to anticipate challenges to information flows and develop solutions to ensure reliability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working with Dynatrace
  • 5+ years of experience leading talented software engineers and platform administrators
  • Experience working with enterprise application monitoring and development teams
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
