Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support the processing of new life insurance applications and provide exceptional customer service to internal clients.
This is a hybrid role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new life insurance applications, communicating with advisors and vendors, and providing daily updates to the manager.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of Windows-based programs, excellent keyboarding skills, and the ability to work independently. Experience with UWPro and Onbase is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new life insurance applications with absolute attention to accuracy and detail
- Communicate with advisors, vendors, and regional staff to follow up on outstanding requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients
- Special handling of requests and modifications as required
- Manage fluctuating volumes and change in direction to meet service standards
- Problem solve with day-to-day work assignments
- Provide daily updates to the manager on volumes processed, process times, and other required metrics
