Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Saint John area. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care and promote recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient-centered care, working to the full extent of the LPN scope of practice
  • Participate in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation measures to meet patient needs and enhance outcomes
  • Aid patients and families in developing care plans and recovery strategies
  • Act as a resource and advocate for patient-centered collaborative care
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote a culture of excellence and patient safety
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent and direct experience in Addiction & Mental Health, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Active registration with the LPN Association of New Brunswick
  • Current BLS, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, ASIST, and Motivational Interviewing certifications
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Demonstrated awareness of assessment tools and treatment modalities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to relevant legislation and processes
