- Education and Experience: Post-secondary education combined with 3 years of related experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Certifications and Training: CSC or IFIC course completed or obtained within 12 months, with ongoing education in financial planning and other related areas.
- Knowledge and Skills: Above-average knowledge and skills in analytical and interpersonal skills, general business knowledge, and mathematical aptitude.
