  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, including credit solutions, investments, and mortgages.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members.
  • Problem-Solving and Negotiation: Develop and implement effective solutions to complex member issues, using negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and close sales.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and developments, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Post-secondary education combined with 3 years of related experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Certifications and Training: CSC or IFIC course completed or obtained within 12 months, with ongoing education in financial planning and other related areas.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Above-average knowledge and skills in analytical and interpersonal skills, general business knowledge, and mathematical aptitude.
