We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Millside Tower. This part-time position requires working every other weekend, ensuring our common areas and amenity spaces are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • General cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, and amenity spaces
  • Thorough cleaning of vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, and balconies
  • Exterior cleaning duties, including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops
  • Reporting any serious deficiencies or hazards to the Resident Manager
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to lift and push heavy objects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
