CVOS Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced Patient Care Representative/Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families
- Manage patient flow and coordinate appointments
- Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
