- Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Instrument Maintenance: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
- Supply Chain Management: Maintain and order supplies, ensuring our practice has everything needed to provide exceptional patient care.
- Front Desk Operations: Perform reception and clerical duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
- Instrument Sanitization: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Patient Education: Educate patients concerning oral hygiene, providing personalized guidance to promote healthy teeth and gums.
- Dental Procedures: Polish teeth and clinical crowns, apply fluoride and sealant, and prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Work Setting: Dental practice or specialty dental practice.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
