Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient store operations
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
