About the role

We're looking for a Communications Advisor I to join our growing team

What you'll do here:

  • Support internal and external communication projects.
  • Help to fulfill communication requests from various internal departments.
  • Participate in developing internal communication strategies and activities.
  • Participate in writing, editing and disseminating a variety of internal content (notes to employees, Intranet articles, newsletters, event invitations, etc.).
  • Contribute to designing and producing communication tools, including multimedia tools (posters, newsletters and basic visual elements, recording and editing of short internal video clips, etc.).
  • Create presentations, conduct surveys and prepare reports for the Risk control team.
  • Participate in event planning and organizing.
  • Support the team in rolling out activities related to corporate social responsibility.


What you bring to the table:

  • University education, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • At least one year of experience in project management
  • At least one year of communication experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, able to work independently, organized and creative
  • Able to perform analysis and synthesis
  • Comfortable interacting at different levels of the organization for candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
