Join our team at EXP, a global network of professionals driven to provide innovative solutions for the world's built and natural environments.

As a Junior Inspector, you will be part of our Contract Administration team in the Transportation sector, working on MTO and municipal projects.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee and document contractor compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Take accurate measurements of work performed by contractors to ensure accurate payments.
  • Prepare daily site observation reports and maintain a photograph log.
  • Assist in preparing internal and external reports to clients.
  • Review contractor submissions for compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Verify contractor employee qualifications and certifications.

What you'll need:

  • Experience working with MTO projects and municipalities.
  • Recent grad from Civil Technician or Technologist Program.
  • Registration or ability to register with OACETT as a C.E.T., C.Tech.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations, design standards, and construction methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to construction sites.
