We're growing and looking to welcome a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. This full-time, live-in position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in property management.

Job Summary
  • Support daily operations of residential properties by assisting with cleaning and light maintenance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, showing units to prospective tenants, and supporting office management.
  • Contribute to operational excellence by completing tasks within Skyline standards and in line with applicable provincial legislation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional cleaning skills.
  • General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push, and pull, as well as go up and down stairs.
  • Three years of related work experience.
  • PC skills, including Word, Excel, and email/web.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
