Job Summary- Support daily operations of residential properties by assisting with cleaning and light maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, showing units to prospective tenants, and supporting office management.
- Contribute to operational excellence by completing tasks within Skyline standards and in line with applicable provincial legislation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional cleaning skills.
- General understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push, and pull, as well as go up and down stairs.
- Three years of related work experience.
- PC skills, including Word, Excel, and email/web.
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
