About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Citation Canada. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients across Canada by providing expert HR advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with project leads to discuss project specifications and expectations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by completing assigned projects in line with established guidelines.
  • Conduct calls with clients to collect information and explain various consulting services.
  • Complete necessary tracking and reporting of project status and departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft products, including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Organized and able to effectively manage time, especially in the face of competing demands.
  • Exposure to or has assisted with researching and developing human resources programs, policies, and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CHRP designation.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and Articulate.
  • Experience working within multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience working in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluency in French.
