Seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team in Comox and Campbell River, providing support services to deliver personalized Orthodontic treatment.

As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing patients for treatment, maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area, and working closely with the orthodontist and team to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring optimal hygiene and comfort.
  • Maintain a clean and sterile clinical area, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Work closely with the orthodontist and team to provide exceptional patient care and education.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Dental Assistant experience, with a focus on orthodontic care.
  • Successful completion of the CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Great time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
