Job Opportunity at docbraces

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at docbraces. As a key member of our orthodontic office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist orthodontists in providing optimal patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment to ensure a clean and sterile clinical environment.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized clinical area, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of trust, respect, and cooperation.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA) with a successful completion of the NDAEB exam.
  • Experience working in an orthodontic office, with a strong understanding of orthodontic procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
