Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Southwestern Ontario Real Estate Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our developer, homebuilder, and commercial real estate investor clients in Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice to a portfolio of real estate clients.
  • Apply your business development experience to prospect and lead generate new and existing Real Estate clients.
  • Monitor and review financial statements to identify trends, mitigate risk, and assess credit restructuring opportunities.
  • Leverage the expertise of RBC to identify referral opportunities and make introductions to RBC partners.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy.
  • Champion digital enablement by promoting the use of RBC's mobile application and wallet.

Requirements

  • 3 years of commercial banking experience.
  • Specialized Real Estate industry expertise is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management.
  • Credit skills including risk assessment, financial analysis, and credit structuring.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology.
