We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our Southwestern Ontario Real Estate Markets team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developer, homebuilder, and commercial real estate investor clients in Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by delivering proactive and customized business and financial advice to a portfolio of real estate clients.
  • Apply your business development experience to prospect and lead generate new and existing Real Estate clients.
  • Monitor and mitigate risk through the review of financial statements, identifying trends and assessing credit restructuring.
  • Leverage the expertise of RBC by identifying referral opportunities and making introductions to RBC partners.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy.
  • Champion digital enablement by promoting the use of RBC's mobile application and wallet.

Requirements

  • 3 years of commercial banking experience.
  • Specialized Real Estate industry expertise is preferred.
  • Proven track record in business development and exceptional client relationship management.
  • Credit skills including assessment of risk and financial analysis, credit structuring/solutions, and presenting the deal.
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology.
