Sales Advisor / Cashier
Quebec

Are you passionate and want to contribute to the success of DeSerres? Leverage your skills within a big name in art, hobby and DIY equipment.

We are currently looking for a Sales Advisor/Cashier on a permanent full-time basis for our branch located in Québec City. Candidates must be available days, evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for welcoming the customer and providing personalized service. You will also have to advise them in the choice of products and provide them with information on the appropriate complementary products to meet their needs.
  • As a cashier, you must provide efficient and fast service at the cash counter and provide personalized and exceptional customer service. You will need to take care of cash transactions (sales, returns and exchanges, price adjustments, etc.), organize the cash desk and restock it properly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • As a sales advisor, you must show great concern for customer service. You have a good knowledge of artistic materials. The person sought is a skilled communicator and is dynamic.
  • You are comfortable with the use of cash registers. The person sought has an aptitude and an interest in working at a cash counter. They show great concern for customer service, they are meticulous and rigorous.
