Stocking Team Leader

At London Drugs, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stocking Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the stocking process and ensuring our store is always ready for opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the stocking team and ensure efficient and accurate stocking processes
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve operational goals and objectives
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and colleagues alike
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or inventory management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
