Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stocking Team Leader to join our team at London Drugs Limited. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking process and ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the stocking process and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
  • Work closely with the store management team to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Train and supervise stocking team members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
