Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a Full-Time Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our customers at our Richmond location.
About the Role:
- Provide top-notch customer service to customers at the Richmond location
- Process orders and credits via various channels, including phone, email, and sales answering machines
- Initiate sales by calling existing clients and promoting new products
- Resolve customer service issues and coordinate with internal departments
- Manage inventory, check product availability, and verify prices
- Adhere to HACCP and CFIA hygiene rules and maintain a positive attitude towards customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma
