Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using excellent interpersonal skills and above-average communication skills.
  • Order Processing: Process customers' orders, including managing inventory and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products to customers, using sales techniques and product knowledge to meet their needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks related to the customer service division, including data entry and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
  • Language Requirements: Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in a call centre position and/or customer service/relations; previous sales experience required.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of customer service principles, sales techniques, and international shipping logistics.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
