  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum rate of pay: $15.75
  • Relevant experience will be considered in determining rate of pay
