Job Summary

The OMNI Department Manager will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs. This will be achieved by contributing to the overall processes for Online Grocery and Walmart.ca, and collaborating with OMNI Associates to ensure seamless execution of duties based on workload and customer traffic patterns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement training programs for OMNI Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Complete Back Office Setup, including Review of Future Grocery Order Summary, Grocery Order Daily Pickup Report, and Confirmation of Daily Orders.
  3. Monitor email and AMP+ for Action Items and ensure timely completion.
  4. Perform daily picks and post-pick activities, such as clearing and setting Service Stations, Tote Cleaning, and maintaining e-commerce cleaning standards.
  5. Lead by example, greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, and assist with promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.35, with the rate determined based on relevant experience.
