As a Senior Representative - Inside Sales, you will be responsible for interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the Company's products and/or services. You will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and be proficient in all aspects of the inside sales process, with a focus on proactive selling techniques to add business or expand current book of accounts. You will also collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are being met.

**Responsibilities:** • Meet and exceed performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives. • Market products and offer value-added services to existing and potential new accounts. • Develop strong business relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities for growth. • Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts. • Stay up-to-date on new products and competitive knowledge to provide expert advice to customers. • Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management. **Qualifications:** • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. • 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Demonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor. • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a team environment. • Strong written and verbal communications skills. • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts. • Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and realistic understanding of issues. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Preferred sales experience in electrical or distribution environment. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. **About Wesco International, Inc.:** Wesco International, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
