As a Talent Coordinator Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of students and associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate student recruitment and onboarding processes, including arranging career fairs and on-campus interviews, organizing firm tours, and monitoring application volumes.
- Liaise with law schools nationally for student recruitment, sponsorship, advertising, and awards.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Talent, including preparing employment letters, coordinating student mentoring programs, and assisting with associate mentoring programs.
- Coordinate student orientation and assist with professional development and skill-building sessions for students and associates.
- Oversee Law Society deadlines and filings, and coordinate payment of license processing fees for students.
- Provide general administrative support, including booking meeting rooms, preparing and processing payments, and documenting processes.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience within a professional services organization, law firm, or Human Resources department.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently meet the needs of internal clients, including flexibility and perseverance.
- Highly effective project management, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Able to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
