Job Title: Talent Coordinator Associate

As a Talent Coordinator Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding of students and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate student recruitment and onboarding processes, including arranging career fairs and on-campus interviews, organizing firm tours, and monitoring application volumes.
  • Liaise with law schools nationally for student recruitment, sponsorship, advertising, and awards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Talent, including preparing employment letters, coordinating student mentoring programs, and assisting with associate mentoring programs.
  • Coordinate student orientation and assist with professional development and skill-building sessions for students and associates.
  • Oversee Law Society deadlines and filings, and coordinate payment of license processing fees for students.
  • Provide general administrative support, including booking meeting rooms, preparing and processing payments, and documenting processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience within a professional services organization, law firm, or Human Resources department.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to consistently meet the needs of internal clients, including flexibility and perseverance.
  • Highly effective project management, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Able to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
