Job Summary

As a Customer Service Desk Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the retail industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Represent company values to the public, ensuring that our customers receive a consistent and positive experience.
  • Maintain security in front-end operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process returns and exchanges, verifying merchandise against refund slips and ensuring that all items are scanned correctly before being returned to the sales floor.
  • Ensure that all damaged merchandise is sent to Claims for processing, maintaining accurate records and following company guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
