Inventory Coordinator

Salary: 19.50$ / hr
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Location: 572 Aero Dr NE #165, Calgary, AB T2E 8P6

Inventory Coordinator Responsibilities:

● Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure the

successful completion of the operation;

● Ensure compliance with professional standards when managing inventory;

● Record all inventory changes periodically and report the data to the supervisor;

● Update the ERP system and do transactions;

● Manage inventory transfer between the different departments;

● Ensure that all items stored are stored properly according to the guidelines for

maintaining product quality and food safety;

● Manage relationships with various internal stakeholders and resolve conflict to promote positive

organizational change.

● Manage constraints, deliverables, food safety criteria, quality control needs and

resource requirements as defined by the stakeholders

●Show respect for diversity and an appreciation of cultural differences when managing inventory projects.

●Respond to problems that develop when managing projects by modifying your management and leadership approach.

Requirements

Requirements and qualifications:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily targets;
  • Ability to communicate, write and read in English
  • The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds repetitively during your shift;
  • A willingness to work in a cold workplace
