About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team at RONA Inc. in Rocky View, AB. As an Inventory Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Assist in organizing audits and ensuring compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Update reports and track inventory accuracy on a weekly basis.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the Inventory Management team.
Requirements
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record in inventory management.
  • Certificate in Administration or Inventory Management.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially with Excel and Access.
  • Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required.
  • Ability to multitask and handle change well.
  • Proven record of complying with safety requirements and ability to build a culture of safety among peers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, listening skills, and time management skills.
