We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Research Associate to join our Metals & Mining team in Toronto. As a key member of our research team, you will provide critical support to our Research Analysts, develop and maintain complex financial models, and conduct in-depth research on companies and industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of research reports and presentations
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to institutional clients
  • Collaborate with the research team to identify investment opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with covered companies and industry experts
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Geology, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance
  • CFA/CPA designation or path toward completion
  • 2-3 years of post-secondary work experience with exposure to the Mining sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills and proficiency in Bloomberg/FactSet
