We are looking for a Senior Analytics Consultant to join our team and work out of our Glenmore, AB or Toronto, ON office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimizing sustainable predictive analytics models to improve our broker and customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a university degree and certifications in Mathematics, Actuarial, Finance or Economics, with at least 5 years of actuarial experience in the P&C Insurance sector. You will have good knowledge of SAS, VBA, R or Python and possess desirable competencies such as adaptability, innovative thinking, analytical skills, decision making, critical thinking, stellar communication, planning and organizing, and team orientation.
As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will work autonomously on challenging, strategic projects in areas such as customer profiling & segmentation, client retention & cross-sell, and more. You will analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources to identify business opportunities and find solutions to strategic challenges. You will also support and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including front line managers, human resources, finance, and technology by advancing current analytics processes.
