Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Sodexo Canada Ltd. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tending Bar: Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Inventory Management: Take inventory of supplies and order necessary items to maintain a well-stocked bar.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a bartending role, preferably in a restaurant or lounge setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including classic cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods of time.
